The Abanca Week hosted the final of the National League of Sea Remo 2021, the specialty of Olympic rowing of the future, of the hand of the Receptación da Coruña, in the Tenada of Sada... in the era of Betanzos with the organization of the Nautical Club of Sada, the Organizing Committee of the Abanca Week and the Galician Federation of Remo. By the Andalusians they formed Violeta Anastasio, Alejandra Caro, Paula Pecino, Nayara Viagas, and as timonel Antonio Salas... and by the Galicia Noelia Rodríguez, Laura Méndez, Andre Montes, Ana Pérez and Xiam Cabrera de timonel. The victory was for the Andalusians, which made the bronze go to The Line of Conception, leaving the final podium formed by Vigo, Málaga and La Line.

With nothing at stake, more than the grille of winning the Grand Prix of Herculine Dependation, it was celebrated when the watches marked one in the afternoon the expected race of the four men... with a favorite: the Club Mar de Noia with its star on board (which is one of the Spanish rowing), the Olympic diploma Caetano Horta. After the rowing, the turn in the Abanca Week to the children's-cadet candle, to the Meeting Gadis of Optimist by the Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña, which will have at stake the Trophy Aurelio Fernández Lage, in memory of the great president of the Coruñés club... and as it closes on December 4 the Gala of the Galician Piragüismo, which will be held in the Auditorium of Afirme in Vigo.

The Coruñesa city of Sada will be historically linked to the world of rowing forever from this Sunday... when at two o'clock in the middle of the Paseo Marítimo the president of the Spanish Federation of Remo, the Astanian Asunción Loriente, gives the winner of the Spanish League of Remo de Mar... the Olympic rowing of the immediate future the great trophy to the club champion.

The following were the boats of two absolute female crew, defeating the donostiars of Ur Kirolak ahead of Ares that was made with silver. The series of competitions was completed by the male veterans of a crew, with dominion of the athletes of Cabo de Cruz... José Manuel Vidal was first and Marcos García was second. After them Benito Horta de Noia and José Antonio Hermo de Esteirana de Muros.

2021-11-12 Abanca Week: The magic of the sea rowing in Sada with the GP Receptación da Coruña

110 of the remers and remers from all over Spain and Portugal, 62 ships from 15 clubs in the Mediterranean, Cantábrico, Portugal and Galicia, put with the Grand Prix Receptación da Coruña point and end to the first edition of the National League of Remo de Mar that immerses in the Abanca Week, it takes the interest in these days of the oldest irrigated Olympic sport in the world: the rowing.

The splendid setting: in the Tenada de Sada, in the middle of Ria de Betanzos with a spring climate conditions, and the organization of the Nautic Club of the Coruñesa villa, with the support of the Organizing Committee of the Abanca Week and the Galician Federation of Remo.

On Friday day the crews participated in the official training, and they concentrated on the exceptional facilities of the Xunta de Galicia in Gandarío... and were dedicated to purifying the latest details at a competitive level. As well as the different technicians and delegates of the different participating clubs, they held a working meeting, under the title of I Congress of Remo de Mar Iberia, chaired by Manuel Seijas.

For its part, regatta director Moncho Ferrer has already announced the official hours of the different sleeves that will have 3000 or 6000 meters in length depending on the category... in which twenty technicians and judges, with the presidency of the Coruñesa Paloma Carpente, will work to ensure that everything deserves a high note from 10 a.m.... the first to compete the women's 1x shirts, with the Tudenses Marta Monterroso, María González and Marta González de favoritas, along with the Coruñillo Lucía Carballido de El Perballido.

They are followed by two and a crew of cadets and veterans from the Sea of Noia, San Felipe de Ferrol, Marítimo Linense and the Royal Nautical Club of Torrevieja... and already at the edge of 11 in the morning the first male trial with 8 ships in departure, at the absolute level with a crew: Noia, Olympic Mandeo de Bergondo, San Felipe, Tui, Ur Kirolak de San Sebastián, Nautico de Torrevieja, Cabo de Cruz de Boiro and Mariñeiro de Mera.

In the morning the last of the races will be at 12: 30, to resume the competition at 4: 00 in the afternoon with the setting up of the Viguese remers of the Club de Remo Vigo, which is the maximum candidate to get the national title... and which has not come to Sada to cover a procedure... because they are intended to end up winning, and therefore to be made with the Iberian Championship of Remo de Mar which is the quality of this Grand Prize of the Depession. The last manga on Saturday at five and a quarter, with the fight of the four cadets and veterans of the clubs of Torrevieja, Vilanova de Cerveira and Arkote de Vizcaya.

After the day, at seven in the afternoon at the Sada Social Centre will be held the Galician Remo Gala, in which the star of the event will be the Galician Olympic Caetano Horta who achieved Olympic diploma in Tokyo, and who will already stay in Sada to participate in the four absolute of its club... of the Noia Sea Club.
