The notable events: Count of Godó, Regata de la Reina and Palma Vela

The 2021 edition of the Mediterranean Circuit of Vela was closed with the celebration of the 17 Palma Vela, the last race of the Circuit... the Real Club Nautico of Barcelona is proclaimed winner of which was the third edition Mediterranean Circuit of Vela... the second consecutive victory.

The clubs of Barcelona, Palma and Valencia created the Mediterranean Circuit of Vela, which premiered in 2019 with the inclusion of the PalmaVela, the Trophy Conde Godó and the Trophy SM La Reina. The second edition scheduled for 2020 had to be cancelled due to the pandemic, and only the Count of Godó Trophy organized by the RCNB was held, though not computed in the Circuit.

In addition to the first-class award, the Mediterranean Sailing Circuit includes the Grand Prix Interclubs, for which you will score the best-ranked boat of each club in each race. The winning club will be in possession of the trophy for a year, until the next edition is held.

The winners of this 2021 edition are Tenaz by Pablo Garriga, of RCN Barcelona in ORC0, the winner of ORC1-2 Godó Vela Rats On Fire by Rafael Carbonell of CN Arenys de Mar in ORC1, and the Uruguayan Lady of Nicolás González of RCN Barcelona in ORC3.
