The fourth and final GC32 Racing Tour 2021 will be held in the Minor Sea from 3 to 7 November. The expected opening of the circuit in the waters of the Bat Albufera will decide the ninth season of the GC32 flying catamarans and will have the participation of the two top candidates for the title: the Swiss Alinghi and the Austrian Red Bull Sailing Team

In the absence of a week for the start of the GC32 Mar Minor Cup, the expectation is maximum among the GC32 Racing Tour teams. The exceptional conditions of the bats for navigation withfoilsadd an extra of emotion to this fourth and last date of the circuit, in which the identity of the champion 2021 will be decided. The Club Náutico Lo Pagán, in the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar, last preparations to host the GC32 Mar Menor Cup from 3 to 7 November.

Following the tests held in Portugal and Italy between June and September, the GC32 Racing Tour 2021 will be decided in Murcia. The maximum aspirant is Alinghi, the team armed by the two-time winner of the America's Cup, Ernesto Bertarelli. With Arnaud Psarofaghis in the cane, the Swiss team won the first two tests of the season in the Lusa town of Lagos and last September it seemed to defend its absolute title in the GC32 World Cup disputed in Villaimius (Sardinia), but the Austrian Red Bull Sailing Team literally took it off in the last stretch of the race. In view of the last duel of the year, Alinghi maintains a solid three-point advantage over the current world champion, who will again count on the reed with the double Olympic champion, Roman Hagara.
