All ready for the Rolex TP52 Word Championship to start in Palma

Never before in the entire history of 52 Super Series had a season end been lived like the one that awaits next week in the waters of the RCN of Palma. There are up to three awards at stake for the ten ships in liza from Tuesday 2 to Saturday 6: the victory in the race, the victory in the Rolex World Cup and the coronation as the winner of the 2021 season. All a letter in five days where there will be live television broadcast from the first race to the last.
And so the title of the Rolex TP52 World Championship is going to be disputed. Cetero that has only managed to win four teams since it was fought with the 52 Super SVeries. The Roemmers and Niklas Zennström family with their Azzurra and Rán Racing have won it once. The Quantum of Doug DeVos has done it three times as the most crowned, but the team that defends the title of 2019 is the Platoon of Harm Müller-Spreer who already has two stranded after its first in 2017 achieved in Scarlino (Italy).
The fleet has never been as equal as it is now, nor has the search for the general title of the most difficult circuit in its history. After two of the three races of this short but intense season, the general classification table shows five teams with a difference of only four points between them. The leaders of the general, Platoon and Quantum Racing, are tied with 46 points, and Andy Soriano's Joy, third, and Takashi Okura's Sled, fourth, are tied with 47 points, just one point from the first. The fifth ranked, Phoenix, of the Plattner family, has 50 points. It's all very open.
The logic says the Platoon arrives in Palma with a small advantage. Not only do they come as advocates of the title, but they also as the team more in shape, as they won the last race disputed less than a month ago in the waters of Menorca.
