A2 in La Coruña: La Galera, Alma do Mar and Lambaix the only ones who entered time

The day in Coruñese waters was simply desperate, due to the lack of wind...
The 19 ships registered in the Comodoro Trophy for Solitaries and A-2 suffered the unpredictability in the test organized by the Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña. More than seven hours had to endure at sea for a 14-hour race. 8 miles, and that would lead to the fleet from the exit to the outer port of Ferrol, then to Lorbe and line of arrival in the Guisanda.
The exit, at 12.20 with 8-9 knots from 189 to 190, but when the fleet approached the Marola the wind fell to zero, and what was to be a platid navigation became a torment in this qualifying test for the Galician circuits of Solitaries and A-2, already demanding as the regatists know what they face in this type of tests.
The glow seemed eternal and therefore only three A-2 ships could cross the finish line. The first to make its appearance was La Galera, a J-80 patroned by one of the finn class's references in our country: Miguel Fernández Vasco who this time was accompanied by Jesús Pintos, who returned from bats waters to play a great role in the Finn World Master... in which he even won in one of the sleeves... both took the victory in the general of A2 and in the ORC 2-3.
By order of appearance in finish the second ship was the Alma do Mar-Sadamar, with Daniela Rocha to the cane and Nito Enríquez of the crew, of the Club Marítimo La Penela... for them was the first position in the class ORC 0-1. The third boat he could enter was the Lambaix of the Nautical Club of Sada with the tandem Antonio Rios-Antonio Ardá, who was the second in his class after that of Daniela Rocha-Nito Enriquez.
The rest of the fleet held on to what it could and seven hours after the departure began the ships to fade towards the pants in the face of the inability to continue in race. The award at the Regatist Dinner on the Day of the Innocent... and the record is that it is not an inocado.
