The Nautico de Gran Canaria and the Unicef: 27 years of solidarity

The bay of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria welcomed the young classes of light sailing, to participate in this meeting of solidarity with the international organization Unicef, with which the Royal Nautical Club of Gran Canaria has already been engaged 27 years of solidarity
The Royal Nautical Club of Gran Canaria, faithful to its institutional commitment to Unicef, organized this solidarity race, in which 40 light sailing ships have partitioned.
In the class 420 absolute victory and female category for Alejandra Pérez (RCNGC) / Mar Betancort (RCNA) after achieving 3 wins in the six sleeves held, and a computation of 7 points. Only three of the winners finished Jaime Ayarza / Mariano Hernández (RCNGC) while the third square was for David Santacemu (RCNT) / Ana Bautista (RCNGC) with a total of 12 points.
Fernando León and Antonio del Castillo were made with the victory in the Snipe class after imposing on 3 of the four sleeves held, with two points of advantage over Néstor Vega and David Pérez who were second. The third square was occupied by Juan Guerra / Juan Guerra, four points from León and the Castle. All the regatists belong to the RCN Gran Canaria and the fleet was composed of nine vessels.
With four wins in six trials, the young Pol Núñez was proclaimed winner in ILCA 4 and the podium was completed by the RCNGC Nehuen Ambrosini regatists second to 4 points of the winner and Claudio Kruijtzer who was third to 14 points.
The ILCA 6 Sergio Carbajo won with a single point of advantage over Margarita Iess who was second. The third position was occupied by Nahuel Ambrosini, with two more points than Iess. Samuel Beneyto set himself in ILCA 7, beating Joaquín Blanco Albalat at one point. Third finished Marcos Pieper to three of the winner.
