The Swan 42 Magical armed and patronized by Julio Rodríguez of the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo, he proclaimed himself the absolute winner of the XVII Vila Trophy of Bouzas- Concello of Vigo that organized the Vicedecan of the Galician nautical, the Bouzas Maritime Liceo, with the support of the Organizing Committee of the Abanca Week and the club that leads the multinational event of reference in Spain, the Maritime of Vigo.
At the closing, Vicente Garrigós, one of the most important collaborators of the Week, was the subject of a tribute from his birth as Caixanova Week at the beginning of the century. He was appointed Friend of the Abanca Week, unanimously of the council.
After a long wait in the central area of the Viguese ría and already with the wind making appearance in the regatta field, the judges, for prudence, chose to ride the race in front of the city of Vigo... with a route of about 16 miles with vertices on the west end, at the entrance of the Ria de Baiona and to the east and near the Puente de Rande. The wind ranged between 6 and 10 knots, and together with the sea being fantastic, it led to a fast race, in which the real-time and compensated domain was total by the Swan 42 de Julio Rodríguez, which is currently one of the best cruises in the entire north.

Magic crossed the line of arrival in front of Bouzas, with a time of 02.09.58, ahead of the Bon 3 of Victor Carrión that did so with 02.29.39 and the Deep Blue 2.1 of Vicente Cid with 02.39.39. The fourth square in real was for the ship of the Spanish Navy Aldán patroniado by Juan González Escamez with 02-32-51. The favorites had imposed their law, for in compensation the final table was exactly the same, except that the fourth square was for the Secolite of Francisco Javier Rey, to the detriment of the 40 feet of the Military Naval School of Marin.
It must be noted that despite the day was very favorable for the fantastic ship of Julio Rodríguez, the Bon3 demonstrated its power, as winner this year of the Regata Mar de Maeloc Rías Altas and was defeated for just over two minutes, by which he obtained the Trophy Count of Gondomar. It is curious because both units... Magic and Bon 3 could not see the faces throughout the season, as Gondomar and Rías Altas agreed on dates... and for their part in the Maeloc Rías Altas the J109 of Victor Carrión did not participate.

For its part among the ships of minor length, victory of the Secolite of Mount Real Club of Yates of Baiona with Francisco Javier Rey Catalán of pattern, ahead of several illustrious, such as Juan Martínez Pazó of the Maritime Liceo of Bouzas with its Ay Carmela and the Snd Cormorán of the Nautico of Vigo that patronized Francisco Javier Martínez.
In the A2 class, for two crew members in which many ships have chosen mixed crews, which are very applicable at the level of other countries... the victory was clear for the Salaño Two of James Neighbor and Brenda Maure, ahead of the Marara IV, who in years ago sailed in Asturias, with Javier Montenegro and Vanese Martínez. The Samoa podium of Simon Pedro Bernardez and Pablo García closed.

Finally, in the category of solitarians, Alfonso Rodríguez, with his Smaku, who is today the best specialist, ahead of Jorge Lago Piñeiro, who with his Fetch became more complicated than on previous occasions, completing the Triplet Jesús Blanco Falque with Baltea.
The Concello Trophy of Vigo was closed after having held competitions of pyragüism, Olympic candle and heavy candle. Now the Abanca Week is on its way to La Coruña, where this next weekend the first event will be held in the beautiful river of Betanzos, also dedicated to the cruises: the Divine Regata Rei, in which by the hand of the Nautical Club of Sada that Enrique Tostado presides will compete the best 40 cruises of the northern Galician area, with the Trophy Villa of Sada in play.
