With only 6 knots of wind heading Northeast, the fleet had on this last day of competition, a long day to which an annoying wave was joined that prevented the speed. After two sticks for the 0-5 ORC class and a 7.3-mile ORC E coast, some protagonists confirmed their provisional leadership yesterday, but there have also been surprises in other classifications.

In ORC 0-4 Joaquín Blanco and his boat Butxaca (RCNGC) confirmed the lead despite the fact that in the first Sunday trial, he gave up two posts, which added to the first three accumulated (1 ° -1° -3° -1), allowed him to draw a point in the final computation to the Lanzarote Sailing Paradise (RCN Arrecife) of Miguel Ángel Cabrera (2 ° -2° -1° -2). Close the podium the Chanche V (RCNGC) of Ricardo Seco (3rd -4th -2nd -3rd) with a final score further away from his companions.

Begoña Abrante's very adjusted triumph in the ORC class with the Folelé (RCNGC), ending at points with the Jícaro (CM Radazul) of Jorge Salamanca. The two wins achieved today and the third of the Jícaro, allowed him to win the general ranking. Diego Brito's Kíkere (RCNGC), third on the table, was in this fight for two races (2nd -3rd -3rd -2nd)

No surprises on the final day of the ORC E class, where the provisional winners on Saturday confirmed the podium. The winner of this 2021 edition was the Fontmar (RCNT) of Ignacio Concepción, adding today a new triumph in the coastal race to the two batons disputed yesterday (3rd -1st -1st). This victory is the weakest in relation to the rest of the classifications in this Trophy, taking 3 points out of the second of the table the Tamaran One (CM Varadero) of Roman Pérez (1 ° -4 ° -2) and five points to the Saudade (RCNGC) of Hector Rodríguez (3 ° -3 ° -3 °).

With two tours made up of two-round batons, this crew had a first round race, very well controlling the rating of the Lanzarote Sailing Paradise (RCNA) by Miguel Ángel Cabrera (2nd -2nd), more competitive against the Butxaca in the second sleeve. Greater movement of partials, in the following positions of the provisional: the Chance V of Ricardo Seco (RCNGC) with a 2nd and a 4th, is third of the general, Ignacio Cantero (RCNGC) with the Machango is for now fourth and the Hubara of Jorge del Corral (CMVaradero) fifth, in a provisional up to ten registered.

The ORC 5 class with 3 Triana 26 boats and 3 very similar boats, is giving a real show, with a competition almost in real time. For the moment Jorge Salamanca with the Jícaro (Independent) is first, treasuring two first, the Folelé de Begoña Abrante (RCNGC) second, tied to points with his partner of Club el Kíkere de Diego Brito (RCNGC)

The largest class, the ORC E with 18 boats, also has "swords high" at the top of the provisional general. The RCNT the Fontmar of Ignacio Concepción has a slight advantage after a second and a first. The Tamarán Uno de Román Pérez (CN Varadero) thanks to the triumph in the first race, the Saudade de Héctor Rodríguez (RCNGC) has a more regular point with two third parties.
