The first trip to Remo Alicante-Tabarca-Alicante has exceeded expectations and the athletes who participated in this challenge made the journey in four hours, below the organization's initial forecasts. At 7: 00 in the morning, the expedition took place from the facilities of the Real Club de Regatas de Alicante. There were 16 athletes, divided into two sea-quaters and three doubles, one of them female. In parallel, he left a flaw of the Association Rema Vida with 13 remers from Santa Pola.

The fastest boat made the journey to Tembra in 1 hour and 48 minutes. The road to Tocarca was somewhat harder because of the conditions of the sea, while in the turn the wind was enjoyed in favor. The First Trip to Remo Alicante-Tabarca-Alicante has been promoted by RCRA remers Javier López Requena and Fernando Sánchez, from Coastal Rowing Alicante, with the collaboration of the Association Rema Vida and the organization of the RCRA.
