Second day in Denia, where López... the regatist established in the Valencian town of El Perelló again gave a sailing lesson to the entire fleet of the Open Pro category, winning after victory, demonstrating a great solvency that has taken him to the top of the drawer in the Vivida Wing Foil Spain Series 2021 Denia.
After López, the duel for the second and third place was staggering until the last manga between the Spanish Tomás de Roca and Pedro Simó. In the end with the same score, the tie was decanted by Simó due to the discard.
Great struggle between the two Valencians in the Advance category where Diego Barona has had to tighten the accelerator in the last sleeves after the two partial wins obtained by Rui Lages just after starting the day in this intermediate category.
After seizing a perfect first day, the Spanish regatist has only had to worry about keeping the entire Amateur fleet at bay with the victory at this Wing Foil stop in Denia. He was followed on the podium by the Dianense regatist Toñi Casado and Juan José Fuster.

2021-09-04: Successful quote in Denia de la Vida Wing Foil Series

One of the most exciting moments of the day has been the exits, where the 18 registered regatists took the exit together and then completed the predefined route for each of the categories
The second stop of the Vivida Wing Foil Spain Series has resumed its calendar in the best possible way... after taking strength through the Km 0 gastronomy offered by the City of Denia, the almost twenty regatists have flown in the six "back to back" sleeves disputed in each of the categories with an established wind of 14-16 knots.
The Dianense beach of Les Deveses has been the perfect setting for this first day of the race of the national circuit of Wing Foil. With a fantastic wind, Energico Carrasco, Chief Regatas Officer and technical director of the Royal Nautical Club of Denia has been able to complete the program planned in all categories, where Jose Miguel López Forte, Diego Barona Oliete and Jose Luis Ruisanquez are leading their respective provisional classifications.
One of the novelties of this second circuit stop has been the division of the fleet by category after the organization of the circuit listened to the regatists in Mallorca. With this, the Wing Foil in Denia have competed in the Open Pro category, reserved for the most experienced regatists, the Open Advanced and the Open Amateur.
In each category, the organisation has established a different and related route at the level of each fleet. As in Mallorca, the Open Pro have made a slalom format for the wind with four sections.
In the Open Advanced category, the route has been simplified, made up of an output, a cross-section, a transfered and a new through to the line of arrival.
