The award has been chaired by the president of the CN Hospitalet-Vandellòs, Lluis Coll, the president of the Catalan Federation of Vela, Xavier Torres, and the mayor of Vandellòs-l'Hospitalet de l'Infant, Alfons García

Sandro Portune del Nàutic Salou and Gerard de Soria del Nàutic Garraf, have been declared absolute winners of the Grand Premi Generalitat of Catalunya de Vela Ligera and Optimist, respectively, of the XXXIII edition of the Week of the Catalan Sailing.

The great sports party of La Vela Catalana was held this weekend - 4 and 5 September - in the waters of Vandelòs and l'Hospitalet de l'Infant and has had the participation of more than 150 regatists arrived from more than 20 clubs in Catalonia. They have all lived together during these two days in a brotherhood environment.

Climatologically, the Catalan Sailing Week has enjoyed a soft south component wind all weekend that has allowed windsurfing tables and Optimist to complete 6 tests and 4 & 7 ILCA, Finn and 420, 5 tests.

The XXXIII Catalan Week of Vela has been organized by the CN l'Hospitalet-Vandellòs and the Catalan Federation of Vela, with the support of the Consell Català de l'Esport de la Generalitat de Cataluña and the City Council of the municipality. The winners were:

2021-09-02: The 33rd Catalan Setmana de Vela begins in Tarraconian waters

- Everything ready to celebrate the XXXIII Week of the Catalan Sailing

The Nàutic Hospitalet Vandellòs Club is organizing this weekend in the waters of the province of Tarragona, the thirty-third edition of the Setmana de Vela Catalana, which has in juice the Trofeu Grand Prix of the Generalitat.

There will be 150 ships of the Optimist, ILCA4, ILCA6, Finn, IQFoil, 420, Raceboard and Techno293... of the fleet of Catalonia.

This competition is organized by the CN l'Hospitalet Vandellòs and the Federació Catalana de Vela, with the support of the Consell Català de l'Esport de la Generalitat de Catalunya and the Municipality of the municipality.
