2021-04-09: In the absence of a day, nothing decided at the National Olympic Classes in Barcelona

Today's favourable conditions on the Barcelona coast have allowed us to meet the programme of which was the third day of races
In the absence of the closing day, the Spanish Olympic Classes Championship that is being held in Catalan waters has almost everything to decide... dAfter staying unnavigated on the second day of competition, the more than a hundred regatists housed in the Barcelona International Sailing Center... have enjoyed very favourable conditions.
In Barcelona on a sunny day with southern component winds ranging from 8 to 10 knots, four more... could be completed... which brings to 9 the number of tests valid so far for the IQFoil and three tests for the 470 mixed and the ILCA 6-7, which already add up to 5 tests disputed to date.... It should be noted that the tables have celebrated today's races in slalom format.
In terms of classifications, the leaders of the different classes retain the first position: Cristina Pujol and Joaquín Blanco in ILCA 6-7; María Bover and Pablo García in 470 mixed; and Tomás Vieito and Pilar Lamadrid in IQFoil.
For tomorrow's decisive day, weather conditions similar to today's are expected and a final infarction is seen where everything can happen.
2021-09-03: The lack of wind causes a blank day in the National Olympic Classes of Barcelona

The wind did not want to join this great event of the Olympic candle that is taking place in Barcelona
After the strong wind and waves experienced on the first day of the competition of the Spanish Olympic Classes Championship, Barcelona has dawned with a considerable glow that led to the worst of the scenarios for the celebration of a race, the absence of wind.
The regatists have patiently waited in the BISC facilities, and then in the water, with the hope that thermal wind would enter and be able to start the tests. However, despite the efforts of the organizers, the committee has proceeded with the suspension.
The forecasts for tomorrow are more hopeful and it is expected to be able to celebrate the scheduled races. It should be recalled that Cristina Pujol and Joaquín Blanco lead the classifications of ILCA 6 & 7; María Bover and Pablo García lead the classification of the mixed 470; and Tomás Vieito and Pilar Lamadrid are the leaders of the IQFoil debuting class.
