The Optimist Class owes a lot to Pepe Gandara in particular, as well as to the Mount Real Club of Yates of Baiona in general; for its work in the 1970s of last century... the same is true of Caixanova Week, and within it with the Meeting Pescanova... that this century between 2003 and 2012 have been basic, in the launch of the class in our country.
