The participants, were able to know and practice first hand, all the nautical sports activities offered from this sports association alcarña... windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing and pyragüismo, were the water sports that took place on this day of open doors.. for the normal development of the program planned, all the attendees, were finally divided into three groups, paddle Surf, pyragüism and windsurfing.

The second Open Doors Day of the Guadalajara Orillas Club of Alocén, which is aimed at all the neighbors and summers of this beautiful coastal town of the reservoir of Entrepeñas, has come to the call of the municipal facilities, half a hundred interested in starting in water sports.

Once in the water, the participants, mainly families, were accompanied by sports technicians from Club Orillas de Alocén and also by auxiliary monitors trained in the courses organized by the Federation of Vela de Castilla la Mancha... the only requirement to practice the chosen sport was to swim and always be with the life jacket placed.

During the whole day, the organizers wanted to highlight the educational and sports training character, which aim to all the water sports activities offered from the Orillas Club of Alocén. A complete visit was also made to all the sports facilities, highlighting all the work done by the Orillas de Alocén Sports Club in the last year, in order to be able to condition the facilities that were in disuse and where many boats have also been repaired.

Among the people who are part of the board of directors of this Alcarreño sports club, to highlight its president, the Horchana Pilar Prieto, well known in the province of Guadalajara for its countless sports successes in the Windsurf mode, and which was present throughout this day of open doors, participating very actively as a monitor, in all the sports activities that took place in the reservoir of Entrepeñas.

WINDSURF INITIATION PROXIMES

During this next week from 16 to 19 August, two intensive courses for the initiation of windsurfing will be held mainly for young people, and also for people of any age from both Guadalajara and outside the province.

The first course will take place on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 August and the second course on 18 and 19 of the same month. In each of the courses, basic windsurfing navigation techniques will be taught and in both cases will last for 12 practical hours.

The director and professor of these two Windsurf courses will be the talaveran Alfonso Tertre, current Spanish subchampion master of windsurfing, and member of the race team SURF3www.surf3.esaccompanied by a complete team of windsurfing auxiliary monitors and having all the technical support of the Orillas de Alocén club.

The registration fees for these windsurfing courses, as well as the use of the nautical material and other teaching activities of the club are very affordable, with many possibilities of carrying out nautical sports activities offered from the Orillas Club of Alocén.
