It was held next to that of Nacra17 in the Polish town of Gydnia

In the Polish waters of Gydnia was held the Youth World Championship of classes 49er, FX and Nacra17, with the participation of eight Spanish crews. Four in 49er, three in FX and one in Nacra17.

The canary Andrés Barrio, along with the alicantino Antonio Torrado, in 49er, were the best Spanish crew of the three classes, ending in sixth position in the general and fifth by country. The victory was carried by Poles Mikolaj Staniul / Jakub Sstorch.

In the female category FX, the best Spanish were the baleares María Garau and Carlota García in twenty-second position. The new world champions are Italian Jana Germani / Giorgia Bertuzzi.

In the mixed class Nacra17 the tandem formed by the Catalan Iset Segura and the Galician Marcos Fernández, ended in twenty-second square, with the final triumph of the Italians Gianluigi Ugolini and Maria Giubilei.
