Alocén in Guadalajara hosted sailing and windsurfing monitor courses

It successfully completed the second edition of the Sailing and Windsurfing Assistant Monitor Course, which since June 26 has organized the Federation of Selling of Castilla la Mancha.

Two sports technical training and teaching support courses have been conducted for athletes and Sailing and Windsurfing fans interested in the area of initiation and sports promotion...

The training base and objectives of these courses have been mainly to prepare the Auxiliary monitors for collaborative and supportive work in the teaching of sailing and windsurfing while improving their technical and navigation level.

The activities and practical exercises of navigation of these Assistant Monitor courses have been carried out in the reservoir of Entrepeñas (Guadalajara) and in particular in the municipality of Alocén.

The Club Deportivo Orillas de Alocén, has made available to the Autonomous Federation of Vela de Castilla la Mancha, all its facilities, material and human resources so that these courses have been carried out in the best possible conditions.

The number of participants in this second edition of the Assistant Monitor course has been 14, with 5 students enrolled in the sailing and 9 students in the windsurfing mode... with the majority of the students and students enrolled in this course coming from different provinces of Castilla La Mancha, in particular from Guadalajara and Toledo and also from the Community of Madrid.

In the mode of windsurfing, he has highlighted the participation, as deputy director of the course of the Pilar Prieto. Prieto, the Spanish champion of Windsurfing on countless occasions, gave various subjects related to the teaching of these nautical modalities and also carried out practical exercises related to the improvement of the technical and sports level of the attendees.

In the sailing option, the subdirector of the course has also been the Guadalajareña Luzma Batanero. Batanero, is a Bachelor of Physical Education and has for years a long experience in the training of sports technicians in Castilla la Mancha.
