The Essenia44 of the Romanian shipowner Catalin Trandafir was proclaimed winner of the class Varadero Valencia ORC 1-2 of the twenty-second edition of Trophy SM The Queen. The other winners of the competition that has been held at the Real Club Nautico in Valencia are El Carmen Elite Sailes of José Coello in the class ORC 3, which also won the absolute general of ORC, the Ardora III of Antonio Gadea in the class Sportnautic ORC 4 and the Argentum in the class Sailing Project Promotion.
Trandafir arrived in Valencia with the newest ship of a spectacular fleet of the class Varadero Valencia ORC 1-2. And he did it with his regular crew, in which the Portuguese Olympic medalist Hugo Rocha and the Spanish navigator Nacho Postigo stand out. The only question is if your Big Soleil 44 was shot enough to win... today in the only manga disputed with the wind of the ponyant made a third. The winner of the race of the day was the April Fish of the shipowner José María Meseguer.
The second final position was for the Maverta- Defcom Security of the shipowner Pedro Gil and with José Ballester to the cane while third on the podium was the ship of the RCN Valencia the M8 Zas of the French brothers. The ship that defended the title in Valencia, Rats on Fire by Rafael Carbonell, was in fourth final position... in the classification of the best sailboat in the Swan shipyard the prize was for the Rats On Fire, ahead of the Porron IX, the April Fish and the Wizard.
The other great winner of the race was El Carmen Elite Sails de José Coello. Without a doubt his performance has been rutilating after winning the six sleeves in class ORC 3 without giving any other ship a chance of victory... he has 11 wins in the Manel Casanova race field, which will be very difficult for anyone to repeat. El Carmen has repeated triumph in the absolute classification as he did in 2019 when he competed in the ABC 2 class. In the podium of Valencia, along with Synergy 40, the Lady of Nicolás González and the Tanit@-@ IV Medilevel, patrolled by Nacho Campos de la armadora María José Vila.
Antonio Gaddea won with his very old Contention-33 Ardora III in the Sportnautic ORC 4 class. Today in the only contested manga it was enough to rise with the trophy with a second position marking the Potxin of Rubén Vallés, which has ended in the silver position. Third was the hang Loose of Fernando Muro de Zaro.
As far as the Sailing Project Promotion class is concerned, the winner has been the Argentum of María Dolores Trujillo. This A-35 has won the three coastal sleeves that have been given this weekend... the ships today made an 11-mile tour along the coast of El Saler. The second square was for the November of Alfonso Sabater while the third finished the Newkote of Óscar Chulvi.

2021 / 06 / 03: Essenia 44 of the Romanian Catalin Trandafir leader of the Queen's Trophy in Valencia

Essentia44 is the leader among the great cruise... the class Varadero Valencia ORC 1-2 of the SM The Queen Trophy in the absence of a single test sleeve. In ORC 3, the leader is El Carmen Elite Sails and in Sportnautic ORC4 the Ardora III, he went to the first place (Photo Nico Martínez)
The Essentia44 of the Romanian shipowner Catalin Trandafir is the leader of the class Varadero Valencia ORC 1-2 after five of the six tests of the XXII Trophy SM The Queen that is held from the Royal Nautical Club of Valencia. The day was marathon with three running tests in all three classes of ORC. In OCR 3 the leader is El Carmen Elite Sailes de José Coello, who counts his five sleeves for wins in Valencia. In Sportnautic ORC4 the new leader is the Ardora III of Antonio Gaddea who today had a perfect day with three partial wins. For its part in the Sailing Project Promotion class the leader is the Argentum.
The race, which is a tribute to the Navy, and which represents the XXXIII edition of the Copa Marcial Sánchez Barcáiztegui, comes tomorrow to its outcome with a single test to be played in all classes. Thus, in the group Varadero Valencia ORC 1-2 the swords are in all high among the three ships that now occupy the podium.
The Romanian shipowner and cane is the one that is now best placed by having a point of advantage over the M8 of the French brothers and four over the Maverta- Defcom Seguridad de Pedro Rebollo. The owner of the new Grand Soleil 44 has a highly experienced crew with the Lusian Olympic medal Hugo Rocha and the Spanish Nacho Postigo in the tactic.
That experience and the strength they have shown, as in the five contested sleeves have been among the best three, something that no one else has done, makes them a little more favorite tomorrow. Today's tests have been won by Alberto de Castro's Wizard, M8 and Maverta- Defcom Seguridad.
In ORC 3 the competition is being a monologue of El Carmen Elite Sails... the ship of José Coello has won the five sleeves that he has played and is no longer only the winner of this class but also the absolute Trophy of all the ORC classes in this XXII edition of the SM The Queen Trophy.
The struggle to occupy podium in ORC 3 is open, although the Lady of Nicolás González has options to finish second. For the third place fight the Tanit IV-Medilevel and the Gaitero Two
After a first day without good results, today the Ardora III of Antonio Gadea, a 33-year-old Contention, has made an immaculate day and has won the three sleeves of the Sportnautic ORC4 class. These results have served him to climb to the first position of the table, although tomorrow he will have to fight very hard with the Platu 25 Potxin that the local regatist Nacho Orti carries for the first place in the class general. Third is the hang Loose who will fight for the last podium square with Alitan 3 and the No te nom.
In the Sailing Project class Promotion again the Argentum of María Dolores Trujillo was the ship that took the win after Friday had already won the victory. Today the Committee had prepared a 23-mile coastal route to the Mareny Blau where they bordered a buoy and returned to the Valencia RCN. The podium remains identical to Friday as Alfonso Sabater's November was again second while the Oscar Chulvi's Newkote was in third position... by tomorrow all the emotion is reduced in a single test that is expected to start at 12: 00 in the morning.

The M8 is the first leader of the class Varadero Valencia ORC1-2 after the first day of the race of the XXII Trophy SM The Queen in waters of the Royal Nautical Club of Valencia. The race, which is a tribute to the Navy, also represents the XXXIII edition of the Copa Marcial Sánchez Barcáiztegui, has been able to contest the two sleeves planned for today in the two regatta areas of the Manel Casanova race field. In class ORC 3 the leader is El Carmen Dos who won the two sleeves of the day while in Sportnautic ORC 4 the leader is the No te nom of Francisco Tornero. As for the Sailing Project Promotion class, the first leader is the Argentum.
The M8 was today surprised to return to its RCN Valencia mooring as leader of the general class Varadero Valencia ORC1-2. He did not leave among the favorites because of the great fleet in Valencia this weekend, but the French brothers with the reed of the regatist of Benicássim, Javier Serrano, made a very solid day and were faced with the first position.
The exit in the first sleeve was given with punctuality in the two areas of race. In the part of the field of the ORC classes it was those of the class Varadero ORC 1-2 that first took the exit after two in the afternoon. The garby was blowing with about ten knots of intensity and the great surprise was given by the sailboats that are framed in the class Veranstal ORC2 that took the first three squares.
The winner was the ship of the Real Club Náutico de Valencia the M8 of the French brothers, a Grand Soleil 43, which ended 16 seconds ahead after the time compensation on the Maverta de Pedro Gil that is patrolled by José Ballester. And in third position finished the Romanian sailboat of Catalin Trandafir the Essentia44 in which is the Spanish navigator Nacho Postigo.
In the ORC3 class the winner of the first manga of the SM Trophy The Queen was the El Carmen Elite Sails, probably the great favorite in the class, patronized by José Coello ahead of the Lady of Nicolás González. On the cartagJanuary ship today he sailed the ten-time world champion of Kitesurf Gisela Polido and gave him luck as they beat in the two sleeves. The first cruise of the RCN Valencia in the first manga was the Genius 4 of Javier de Tomás in sixth position followed by the Majoche of Alejandro Fliquete.

M8, Carmen Elite Sails, No te nom and Argentum, first in the four classes of the race
There was also a victory of a RCN Valencia ship in this first manga of the Sportnautic ORC4 class as the triumph was taken away by the Potxin of Rubén Vallés. Second was the hang Loose of Fernando Muro and third No te nom of Francisco Tornero.
The second manga of the day of the class Varadero Valencia ORC 1-2 was won by Pablo Garriga's Tenaz. The Swan 50 of the Catalan shipowner and cane dominated the test in which the great slurs were the ones that set the pace and took advantage of the fact that when they had already finished the manga there was a fall of the wind that favored them by slowing the rest of the fleet. In second position he finished the TP52 Blue Coal of Toni Guiu while the Essentia44 again repeated a solid third position that leaves him in second position of the general.
In the Sportnautic ORC 4 class, the winner of the second manga was the No te nom, which served him to be the leader after the start in the triple tie in the lead between them, the Potxin and the hang Loose.
The first leader of the general is the Argentum de María Dolores Trujillo. The RCN Valencia sailboat was the fastest to make the coastal race between El Saler and Puebla de Farnals with arrival in the mouth of the Nautico. In second position he entered November and third was the Newkote.
The intention for tomorrow of the Regatas Committee is to try to make three sleeves to ensure the result. If you can give the first exit at 12: 00 in the morning you will find that trio of evidence so that on Sunday you only have to complete one sleeve and secure the six total tests for the competition.
