The Taxus MedioAmbiente, by Alfredo Flórez, the absolute winner of the twenty-third edition of the Isastur- University of Oviedo Regata, where Daniel Ponte was reminded for the fourth year. By classes the Taxus MedioAmbiente won the general of group I, the University of Oviedo - Grupo Isastur, by Roberto Álvarez Bucetas was the best in class II and the Ita II, by Pedro Guerra did the same in class III.

This weekend was held in Gijón, the XXIII Isastur- University of Oviedo - IV Memorial Daniel Ponte. under the organization of the Real Club Astur de Regatas and the collaboration of the University of Oviedo.

The two scheduled sleeves were held, one per day, which were very different from each other, in terms of meteorology. The second position would be for the Orbayu II, by Miguel Suárez Ramón, winner in the first day and fourth in the second. The University of Ovied- Grupo Isastur, patronized by Roberto Álvarez Bucetas was proclaimed winner in class II, the University ship would end first in the inaugural race and second in the closing race. For its part, the Jarr, of Luis Llano second in the group general, was the fastest in his class in the Sunday race and would end in third position on Saturday. The Gin-Glass, who defended the title on this occasion with Guillermo Marqués to the cane, had to settle for the third place in the general of group II, with a second and a third in his locker.

Class III, only scored in the Sunday race, on Saturday the wind fell completely and none of the ships of this group managed to finish before the time limit. On Sunday, the Ita II of Pedro Guerra won the victory and was the winner of the race.
