Fernando Val Martínez, new general director of Naviera Armas Transmediterranio

Fernando Val Martínez has been appointed new general director of Naviera Armas Transmediterráneo. In his long career he has worked in management areas for just over 30 years, highlighting for a well-known work in growth, transformation and integration projects.

After his initial phase in the Air Army and later as an airline commander, he was Director of Production of Vueling, Director General of Operations of the Air Arabia Group, and more recently, CEO of the GANS, the United Arab Emirates airspace server. In addition to his military and aeronautical training, he has conducted postgraduate studies at IESE and Harvard among others.
