The Nautical Xacobea crossing, which left on Monday, June 14, of the port of Baiona with 6 foreign journalists and several national journalists on board, entered as a final destination in the Muros Noia era

On the 17th, the sailing boats advanced the departure of the Ribeira Sports Nautical Club, to avoid very adverse weather conditions, at the height of Corrubedo. Still, they found winds of 22 knots that reached up to 26 knots, waves of three meters and quite rain, which did not discourage the nautical pilgrims.

At 1330 hours the two sailing boats with their crew arrived at the Royal Nautical Club of Portosin, where the President of Portos de Galicia Susana Lenguas was waiting for them. They then visited the facilities of the Nautical Club and left for land to Noia, to the convent of Testal passing through Urdilde making a stop at the Tent del Caminoand finally in Bertamirans, where they were expected representatives of the Concello de Ames. From this point began the collection to land, arriving in Santiago de Compostela, visiting the Cathedral and sealing the Compostela.

The pilgrims expressed the fantastic of the journey, an experience that should be repeated, and that they encouraged in their countries of origin, highlighting the gastronomy and the landscape of the Galician coast, as well as its waters, which they have been able to see, that in many cases, they do not have to lose from other areas of both Spain and abroad. They encourage people to realize this experience, in which there is a fellowship and union among all participants.
