To highlight the unconditional support of the municipality of Alocén for this training initiative. Its mayor Jesús Ayuso, sees in the formation of the young people of the coastal towns of the reservoir of Entrepeñas, a stimulus to find for their future staff an opportunity for employment in the tourism and sports sector. The Federation of Vela de Castilla la Mancha will organize from June 26 to July 8, two technical sports training courses for people and athletes interested in the field of initiation and sports promotion... these are the courses called "Auxiliary Sailing Monitor" and "Auxiliary Windsurfing Monitor."

In both cases, the form of education will be mainly open-ended, although various video conferences and days of tutoring, assisted study and project presentation are planned.

In order to register in these training courses, it is not necessary to have a high level of sport of the above-mentioned modalities, but those interested in them must have a minimum level of navigation and autonomy.

The time load of this course is 80 hours. Without a doubt, in the opinion of the organizers, these Windsurfing and Sailing Auxiliary Monitor courses are increasingly an excellent opportunity for nautical sports training.

The basis of these training courses for auxiliary monitors will be to prepare them for collaborative work and support in the teaching of sailing and windsurfing while improving the technical and sports level of the participants themselves.

Also, for nautical clubs and sailing and windsurfing schools it is a good opportunity to have people who, having received adequate training, can join the professional teams of their respective schools or nautical clubs.

The activities and practical exercises of navigation, will be carried out in the reservoir of Entrepeñas in the province of Guadalajara... in the municipality of Alocén... the sports club Orillas de Alocén, has made available to the Autonomous Federation of Vela de Castilla la Mancha, all its facilities, material and human resources so that these courses can be carried out in the best possible conditions

For the mode of windsurfing, the participation, as the subdirector of the course of the Pilar Prieto, stands out. Prieto, the Spanish champion of Windsurfing on countless occasions, will teach various subjects related to the teaching of these nautical modalities and will also perform practical exercises related to the improvement of the technical and sports level of the attendees.

Pilar Prieto is the current president of the Club Deportivo Orillas de Alocén, an entity that in 2021 again offers partners and supporters a variety of sports and recreational activities.

In the sailing mode, the subdirector of the course will also be the Guadalajareña Luzma Batanero. Batanero, is a Bachelor of Physical Education and brings together a long experience in the training of sports technicians in Castilla la Mancha.

In addition, of the above-mentioned persons, many other teachers are expected to participate in these training courses, highlighting the participation of well-known sailing and windsurfing technicians, persons related to the teaching of aquatic activities in the natural environment, nautical professionals, doctors and teachers of vocational training cycles.

Also note that part of the course (10 hours) will be provided by video conference. Among this distance training, the class that will take place live from the professional workshop of the company SURF3, www.surf3.es, where regular damage to windsurfing tables will be repaired in front of a computer's camera. Detailed explanations will also be made of the steps to be followed in a repair, as well as the materials and tools necessary for the proper maintenance of windsurfing boards and of the boat helmets built in glass fiber.

There are many and varied subjects of the course, but it is noted that all are grouped into four training areas:

· Area 1. Navigation
· Area 2. Education embargoes.
· Area 3: Support and collaboration in sailing and windsurfing courses
· Area 4. Security.

After completing the course and carrying out the corresponding period of practice, students will receive an official certificate from the Federation of Sailing of Castilla la Mancha as auxiliary monitors of the completed modality, either Windsurfing Assistant Monitor or Sailing Assistant Monitor.

These courses are aimed at:

· Sports and / or fans in general to the Sailing or Windsurfing, over 16 years of age, with interest in expanding your knowledge about these sports modalities.
· Persons interested in collaborating in courses and / or sports activities related to the teaching of sailing and / or windsurfing or its technical development.
· Persons interested in promoting, supporting and accompanying activities in a sailing or windsurfing school.
· Students of vocational training courses of medium or higher degree, with interest in expanding their sports training in the natural aquatic environment.
· University students of Magisterium or Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport who want to know the reality of two nautical sports such as Sailing and Windsurfing.
· People interested in collaborating in the organization of nautical events such as races, nautical tours, days of sport promotion of sailing or windsurfing, activities in youth camps...

Course objectives.

· Provide extensive initial training to people interested in collaborating in activities and sailing or windsurfing courses.
· To prepare those interested in these training of auxiliary monitors, in all related to the support of the teaching of the candle and / or windsurfing.
· Training future auxiliary monitors on how to carry out accompanying tasks, and student surveillance during the sailing exercises of a sailing or windsurfing course.
· Assist sports technicians in developing a sailing or windsurfing induction course.
· To perfect the future auxiliary sailing monitor in the realization of basic navigation techniques on a school ship.
· Improve the basic windsurfing navigation techniques of future windsurfing auxiliary monitors.
· Teach how to carry out transport and / or trailer tasks of light sailing vessels and sailing or windsurfing gear.
· To know the right thing about the boats of a sailing or windsurfing school.
· To promote the personal development of sailing or windsurfing athletes to tasks and activities to promote their respective sports patterns.
· To know the basic regulations and legislation related to sailing. Contribute to a greater promotion of the sport of sailing and windsurfing.
· Know the internal functioning of a sailing school or a sailing or windsurfing sports club.
· To prepare future auxiliary monitors in all aspects of prevention and action in the face of possible emergencies in the natural environment.
· To make known the sports reality of the sport of the Sailing in Castilla la Mancha.
· Prepare future sailing or windsurfing auxiliary monitors to perform tasks related to the organization of sailing or windsurfing races and sports events.
· Know how to perform pre-activity heating and exercise routines to prevent injuries.

PART 1: PRESENTIAL CLASS AND VIDEOCONFERENCES.
· 45 hours of training. (35 hours and 10 hours per video conference, divided into 4 areas and their respective subjects.

PART 2: INDIVIDUALIZED STUDY / INDIVIDUALIZED TUTORIES.
· 10 hours of assisted study, tutoring and presentation of projects or works.

PART III: FORMATIVE PRACTICES.
· 25 hours of practice at the end of the semi-presence training. (to be performed in a sailing or windsurfing school, or sports or nautical club).
