The Real Club de Regatas de Alicante has been the great dominator of the 17th Spanish Championship of Banco Fijo Llaüt del Mediterranean that was held last weekend in Denia. RCRA remers have demonstrated their high level by achieving six oros and demonstrating their leadership in the specialty.

The RCRA has proclaimed itself the champion of Spain in the modalities of the Female Absolute, Male Absolute, Male Juvenile, Female Juvenile, Female Cadet and Male Veteran. In addition, the team of Young Male B, who was running through the University of Alicante, won the silver medal. The rowing section of the Alicantino club achieves another great success for the RCRA and for the sport of the province, in a 2021 that has started brilliantly. The RCRA rowing section participated in the Spanish Championship with 72 athletes and 8 teams, represented in all categories of the competition.

This great success of the Real Club of Regatas joins the results obtained in the League SUMA Banco Fijo del Mediterranean 2021, where after nine regatas was the great protagonist in the absolute final classification by taking the title in both female and male. The RCRA especially highlighted in the VIII Regata of the Suma League organized in Alicante, coinciding with the Regata Cristo del Mar, and where it was proclaimed the Autonomous Champion in seven categories: Veteran Male, Female Cadet, Female Youth, Senior Female and Male and Male Absolute.
