The first edition will be held in the Pantano of Alarcón on 4, 5 and 6 June
and is organized by the Club Kitesurf Centro with the endorsement of the Federation of Sailing
de Castilla - La Mancha

The City of Tarancón has been the stage of the presentation of the first Spanish Cup of Formula Kite in inland waters. A test that will take place on 4, 5 and 6 June in the conquered town of Valverde de Júcar.

This first edition of the Spanish Cup will be organized by the Club Kitesurf Centro, CKSC, with the endorsement of the Federation of Vela de Castilla-La Mancha, being a regatta of the official calendar of the Royal Spanish Federation of Vela and will have the institutional support of different entities, both local and autonomous.

In fact, there were many institutional representatives at the event of the end of the period: José López Carrizo, mayor of Tarancón and Juliana Paula Bautista, mayor of Valverde de Júcar... amen de Concepción Valedor, who is the president of the Regional Federation of Vela, Sonia Isidro Provincial Delegate of Sports of the JCCM in Cuenca, Lorena Cantarero as a Provincial Member of Social Services and Vicente Ferris, President Club Kitesurf Centro.

The Kitefoil is a spectacular competition where speed is high... this competition will have a first category for national regatists attached to one of the inland water federations. As well as a model called "Open of the Club" in which federated regatists can participate in inland or coastal, national and international waters. Participants may register by 1 June via telematics.
