This weekend the Fesurfing Junior Series circuit starts and the technical direction of the Spanish Federation of Surfing announces that due to the few Junior Series tests conducted, or planned, between the Spanish Championship 2020 and 2021 (2 only) the following modifications are announced that affect the participation of the Spanish Championship Junior 2021 planned for August 30 to September 5:

1. The number of young places will be increased to the extent technically possible, especially in the most demanding categories.

2. A single category per athlete is maintained, there will be a NEW category SUB12 FEMENINE.

3. The following criteria for direct access to the CESURFING JUNIOR 2021 championship are established:

• Members of the Spanish selection 2021 (if the Eurojunior is held)
• Spanish champions and subchampions 2020
• TOP 5 of Junior Series 2020
• Champions of the integrated autonomous federations
• Final Quarters of the Projunior Espinho WSL 2020
• National test champions since the Spanish Championship 2020 (possible Mazarón and O Grove)
• 2 best classified sub 18 in absolute leagues Fesurfing League and Iberdrola Fesurfing League
• Top 5 of the national ranking at the time of the call (1 month before, expected to add the Cto tests. Spain 2020, Mazarrón and O Grove)
• 1 Wildcard Fesurfing Techniques by category (optional)

4. The rest of the free places will be eligible for previous TRIAL sleeves, which can be held in the same Spanish Championship or even in an event with a previous date.
