The Royal Nautical Club Portosin hosted the first test of the Fibralar Trophy - the Galician Championship of Inclusive Motononautics, a remarkable quote in the regional sceptre that begin leading the Noieses Pepe Barrio and Pilar Sarmiento, current champions of the autonomous title... in the Muros and Noya era, participated 9 pilots.

On a water sheet located between the fishing port and the sports port, the boats went through the circuit mounted with buoys which, as a slalom, had to be piled in a competition that rewarded the average time used, the skill and skills in certain tests, such as the mooring, rescue simulation, plumbing and ball basket, incorporating the realization of two sea knots, a ballestrinque and a guide ace.

After the Noieses Pepe Barrio and Pilar Sarmiento, the provisional silver was made of the Sadians Carlos Facal and Almudena Fagil, closing the podium drawer also the Noiese Joaquín Barrio Guldrís and Joaquín Barrio Bouzas.

The next meeting will be held in the Coruñesa town of Outes on 22 May in the waters of O Freixo.

The Main Hall of the Royal Nautical Club Portosin hosted this morning the presentation of the Inclusive Motor Fibralar Trophy, an event of high quality and technical skill incorporated in the competition calendar of the Royal Galician Federation of Motonautics and which, after seven months of competition, in October, will discover who will be the Galician champions of the specialty of this season.

The event, chaired by the president of the portosinense entity, Jorge Arán, and by his Commodore, Fernando González, served as a scene for the immediate start of the Fibralar Trophy, in a press conference that was also attended by the sports councilman of the Concello de Porto do Son, Juan Francisco Pouso; the Secretary of the Royal Federation, Marcos Casaleiro; and the president of the Sports Group Costa Oeste--ADECO-DEA, Pepe Barrio.

With a start scheduled at 10.30 a.m., pilot and co-pilot will have to face a series of skill tests, in a circuit marked by buoys on which they will have to draw a journey with various difficulties, and which will be revealed at the last moment by the Committee of Judges of the Galician Federation of Motonautics. The ability to manage the boat is rewarded, without being a speed test.

The award is scheduled at 2.30 p.m. at the Royal Portosin Nautical Club.
