Condor: the 43-meter Rodman-Polyships patrol, a record ship

Rodman- Polyships has concluded a record patrol... the Condor delivered to the fleet of the Customs Surveillance Service after a simple act at the facilities of the Rodman Group in Moaña, in the middle of Vigo
The Condor is intended to combat smuggling and drug trafficking. In the absence of the final work of development, which they hope to overcome immediately, during the first months of operation the ship will remain at the base of Vigo; although the idea is to place it in areas where it is considered necessary at every moment in the light of the evolution of drug trafficking.
With 43 meters in length, the Condor reaches a maximum speed of 23 knots and has a great autonomy... reached the 2000 nautical miles. The state's investment has been in the order of 8,2 million euros... the patrol is equipped with the latest technology, which includes modern communications, navigation and motorization systems... with two engines that add up to a power of 4000 horses... has two semi-rigid vessels... another quality of this patrol is that it has a system of last generation fire fighting, which can be used both to assist ships with a declared fire on board, and of an external nature. Its crew can reach 22 persons: 14 crew, 4 guests and 4 detainees.
