Marina Rubicón closes the Lanzarote International Regatta with indisputable Spanish flavor, with the ESP Sailing Team to the full in the three podiums of the race: Diego Botín and Iago Ópez- Marra celebrating a triumph that they had already achieved mathematically in 49er; Tara Pacheco and Florian Trittel making with the victory in Nacra 17 after the dispute of the last fleet regatta by not being able to fight the Medal Race for excess wind and wave; and Támara Echegoyen and Paula Barceló embroidered a last day with the first post in the third place and in the third place in the general post.

Far from loosening with the security of victory in 49er, Diego Botín and Iago Ópez- Marra demonstrated one more day to be worthy of victory, closing their markers with a third and an eighth, and no less than 39 points of advantage over the second, the Danes Warrer and Pretch- Jensen. They could only draw 10 points from the Irish Dickson and Waddilove, who were leaders on the first day and say goodbye with a first on the Medal Race.

The rise of the wind left the Nacra 17 with no chance of disputing the Medal Race, closing the classifications with the last fleet race, 16 of the program, in which Tara Pacheco and Florian Trittel were third. 13 points of difference with the Germans Kohlhoff and Stuhlemmer made clear the limited scope for taking the gold from the Spaniards, even more remote to the French Delapierre and Audinet who were third at 42 points.

The three crews of the ESP Sailing Team have already been secured, thanks to the advantages accumulated after closing today as leaders in 49er and Nacra 17 with the crews of Diego Botín and Iago Ópez-Marra and Tara Pacheco and Florian Trittel respectively, and up to the fifth position in 49er FX with Támara Echegoyen and Paula Barcelo.

The first to finish his series today were the 49er, with three tests that went up a 3-3-10 to the score of the Spanish Diego Botín and Iago Ópez- Marra, reaffirming them as undisputed leaders of the classification. Both the Germans Kohlhoff and Stuhlemmer and the French Delapierre and Audinet maintain a good pace of results and seem willing not to let our favorites breathe until the last line of arrival is crossed.

Excellent day of Támara Echegoyen and Paula Barceló with a 6-1-2 that makes them ascend to the fifth position of the provisional in 49er FX, with many options open for the final day, in which they still have a race to scratch positions before facing the Medal Race. The positions continue to dance in the classification of this class, and with the Brazilian Grael and Kunze maintaining the command of the provisional, the Dutch Bekkking and Duetz return to the podium by recovering the second position, passing to the third place the New Zealand Maloney and Meech.

The ESP Sailing Team leads the 49er and Nacra 17 classes to a single day of the Races Medal.

In Nacra 17, there are Tara Pacheco and Florian Trittel at the front that, with two first positions and one second are reaffirmed as class leaders and up to 11 points that separate them from the next classified, the Germans Kohlhoff and Stuhlemmer... the third step of the podium remains occupied by the French Delapierre and Audinet that have the Swedes Järudd and Jonsson at one point.

Diego Botín and Iago López Marra reembroidery today's three sleeves in 49er with a 1-2-1 that keeps them as leaders and differentiates them as the Top10 crew with the best results of the day. The Spanish have 13 points less than the Danes Warrer and Pretch-Jensen and up to 36 points less than the Irish Dickson and Waddilove.

The Lanzarote International Regatta crosses its equator with the favorites by clearly shaping itself in the classifications, in which the crews of the ESP Sailing Team are especially shining as they place themselves leaders in 49er and Nacra 17, and return to the Top10 of 49er FX after an excellent day for the Spanish regatists.

And it is that today, at last, Lanzarote's regatta field has behaved as appropriate to its fame, with a more consistent wind that has remained between 9 and 13 knots of intensity and with much less wave than in previous days. This has allowed the three tests scheduled for each class to be contested with greater agility, reflecting in the classifications results much more in line with the level of each crew.

The day has been plethoric for Diego Botín and Iago Ópez- Marra in 49er. The Cantabro-Galician crew has added three first consecutive crew that allow them to stand with comfort at the head of the classification, with three points of advantage over the Danes Warrer and Precht-Jensen, with the Irish Dickson and Waddilove returning to the podium in third position.

Among our young promises, Andrés Barrio and Antonio Torrado recover the head of the group with position 20, followed by Martin Wizner and Pablo García in 23, and Albert Torres and Elias Aretz in 24.

Diego Botín and Iago López Marra in 49er and Tara Pacheco and Florian Trittel in Nacra 17 occupy the third place in their respective classifications... the wind remains capricious in the Lanzarote International Regatta, which has not prevented the crews of the ESP Sailing Team from being placed in podium positions after the second day

Támara Echegoyen and Paula Barceló today pay for the tension existing in the fleet of 49er FX with two off-line that lead them to the 16th position and that they contrast with the first position achieved in the second race of the day, a victory that makes clear the ability of the Spanish women to rise positions in the four days still ahead. The wind does not end with the Olympic candle in the last championships and the regatists again face in Lanzarote a second day complicated as far as conditions are concerned. Roles and low intensity, a wind that started the day well and remained quite stable of up to 12 knots, to go down to 5-8 knots with variations of almost 30 °.

Three new races have been held for each of the classes, although in the face of the fall of the wind, both the Nacra 17 and the 49er have had difficulty completing the series. Martin Wizner and Pablo García are now leading the group at 16, with Albert Torres and Elías Aretz catapulted from 27 to 18 thanks to 6-8-8 partials. Andrés Barrio and Antonio Torrado are in 21st position.

Great day for Tara Pacheco and Florian Trittel in Nacra 17 who also reach Top3. The Spaniards opened the day with a second position then adding a 6-5, harvested in the two races in the worst wind conditions, in which we were informed by their coach, Alvaro del Arco: "In some moments in the sopas you could not foliate and in close, most of the time, both skates were on the water." A very high ranking in 49er, which, after these first three races, has the first five classified in five points. After starting with two fifths, Diego Botín and Iago López Marra have closed the day with a second and form Top5 with the most granate of the class.
