There will be a motion of censure at the Nàutic Club in Cambrils... it has been several months since more than a hundred number partners, from this prestigious tarraconense club, tried to validate their motion... but it has become a reality, since the opposition to Ramón Vallverdú managed to get the table created to that effect, unanimously approve it... but it has not been easy at all because two other attempts were failed by form defects...

The third was the defeat, for even if some of the signatures that supported the motion (10 out of 102) were challenged, the remaining 92 were weapons enough to exceed 15% of the assembly... and yesterday the deadline for a new challenge was over.

The pandemic is also playing, for even though theoretically under the Nautical Statute, its leaders would have between 10 and 20 days to proceed to ask for the votes of their number partners to give effect to or reject the motion of censure... but the state of alarm has this law in force: "in no case may general assemblies be convened or held which are intended to... approve a vote of censure".

A telematics assembly is also excluded in this case, so it will be the Procicat (Territorial Pla de Protecció Civil de Catalunya) that will decide when a face-to-face assembly can be held, depending on the evolution of the pandemic. At the moment, 400 members will be entitled to vote.

On March 2, the so-called "vote of censure table" was set up, chaired by the delegate of the Federació Catalana de Vela and formed by Mr. Gascon and Mr. Alonso, as members of the Nüutic board of directors... and two of the members of the party to the motion: Mr. Ramos and Mr. Trujillo.

It surprised his own and strangers that the Club's secretary was not one of the representatives of the Vallverdu board of directors... which seems to indicate that the rumors that he has misunderstood the Club's activity...

An important part of the social mass, is very concerned about the deterioration of the facilities and that of the coexistence between its associates... as well as the dimissionary appearance of the treasurer Mr. Ferrero who has joined the repeated absences of the said Guillén, as secretary. According to our information within the entity, both Guillén and Ferrero, they would have resigned for their deep discrepancies with the tandem rector Vallverdu-Gascón... that already add a number of desertions or really signicative resignation: 3 treasurers, 1 secretary, 2 vowels and 5 external advisers...

Vallverdu for some, Attila for others, must call elections as soon as possible, as quickly as the State of Alarm allows... and it is the partners, who express freely, how they want the future of this enchanting Club to be... the other thing is to cut off democracy and become totalitarian leaders.
