The Spanish nautical is closed with the Nautico de Palma

The APB required a report to the state lawyer on the renewal of the award of the veteran club - one of the oldest in Spain - which expired between November and December this year. According to the report prepared by the lawyer of the state of Palma, the concession does not have to be renewed, since the legal support for which the RCNP occupies the facilities both afloat and on land is not considered as Administrative Concession, but as a Service Management Contract and this model prevents any option of renewal and even extension of it.
