Javier Sanz won Pepe Martínez: 61-54

Javier Sanz will lead Vela España over the next four years... after he has been elected president of the Royal Spanish Vela Federation with 61 votes, which in seven of his opponent Pepe Martínez. The results will be final next day 9, as the Spanish electoral rules provide.
