The BullBox, by Luis Noguera in class I, the Orbayu II, by Miguel Suárez Ramón in class II and the Espumeru, by Alberto Tablón in group III winners of the Spring Cruise Trophy of the Real Club Astur de Regatas. In the last manga of the Trophy a coastal race BullBox and Orbayu became the best in their classes, while the Silfo, of José Ángel García won in class III... in Vela Ligera, the winners of the Trophy have been, Alvaro Alonso in Optimist, Marta Durán and Carmen Ayuela in Feva, Fernando Alonso in Laser Radial and José Palacio and Alberto Suárez in Snipe.

On Sunday, the last of the 6 days that make up the Spring Trophy of the Regatas Club took place, on this occasion a round-trip coastal race was held between Gijón and Luanco for classes I and II, and between Gijón and Candás for class III.

The BullBox, by Luis Noguera, was again imposed in class I, with a full of victories in his locker proclaimed himself just winner of the class. He is accompanied by the podium, the Taxus MedioAmbiente, by Alfredo Flórez and the GS1, by Fernando Alonso.

There were also no new developments in class II, with the Orbayu, by Miguel Suárez at the head of the classification, he fired the Trophy with a new victory. The second square was obtained by the University of Oviedo- Grupo Isastur, by Roberto Álvarez Bucetas second, also on the coast. For its part, Ricardo Simal on board the Wanted ended up in third place in the race and in the general.

In class III, the Espumeru patroniado by Alberto Tablón was clearly imposed in class III, with five first, only the Silfo, of José Ángel García took away a full of victories by beating him in the coastal race between Gijón and Candás. With this triumph the Silfo gets the subchampionship tied to points with the third ranked the Ita II, of Pedro Guerra.

In Vela Ligera on Saturday the Laser Radial, under harsh conditions of sea and wind, which would blow from the West reaching 22 knots, the Laser completed the two scheduled sleeves. In the Snipe class, after 8 contested sleeves José Palacio and Alberto Suárez are the winners, they are accompanied by José Luis de la Rubia and Luis Ford, and Guillermo Marqués and Jorge Fernández third.

Among the Optimist, Alvaro Alonso, with four first and one second, proclaims to be the winner, followed by Gonzalo Jaudenos and Aida Marqués. Finally, among the Feva the couple formed by Marta Durán and Carmen Ayuela with two first and two seconds on the table were the best.

The BullBox, by Luis Noguera in class I, the Orbayu II, by Miguel Suárez Ramón in class II and the Espumeru, by Alberto Tablón in group III winners of the fifth test of the Spring Cruise Trophy of the Real Club Astur de Regatas. In the absence of the last race to be fought, they are virtual Trophy champions in their respective classes.

So, in the absence of a test it proclaims virtual winner of class I. The second position in the test was for the Taxus MedioAmbiente, by Alfredo Flórez second in the general followed by the Geiser, by Fernando Alonso.

In the Cruise class II, the new victory of Orbayu II, by Miguel Suárez Ramón, with four first and one second in his locker, also makes him the winner of the class II. The second position was obtained by the University of Oviedo - Grupo Isastur, by Roberto Álvarez Bucetas, second in the general. On Saturday two sleeves of Light Sailing were held for the Snipe and Radio Laser classes. We had to wait more than an hour and a half to give the exit because the wind did not blow hard enough to start the test. In the Snipe class, José Palacio and Alberto Suárez after winning the first manga and scoring a third in the second are located at the front of the general. The BullBox, by Luis Noguera in class I, the University of Oviedo- Grupo Isastur, by Roberto Álvarez Bucetas in class II and the Espumeru, by Alberto Tablón in class III winners of the second day, from the Spring Trophy of the Royal Astur Club of Regatas, are at the forefront of the general classification in their respective classes.

On Sunday the second day of the six that make up the Spring Cruise Trophy was held in San Lorenzo Bay. The departure had to be delayed about 50 minutes due to the absence of wind at the time set for the start of the competition. The wind blew loose from the North component, which would rise in intensity to 12 knots at the end of the test, with the sea in good condition on a sunny day.

After a general call, it finally started the test, where as in the first day the BulBbox, by Luis Noguera, was placed at the head of the fleet crossing the line of arrival after going through the 6 sections of the cane in the first place, with enough time to win the sleeve and continue as leader in the general of class I. The Taxus MedioAmbiente, by Alfredo Flórez again became second in the test, occupying this same place in the general. For its part the GS1, by Fernando Alonso ended in third position and is also third in the table.

In the class Cruise II, the University of Oviedo - Grupo Isastur, by Roberto Álvarez Bucetas was the best of his group, with the first place achieved in the day he is the leader of the general, tied to points with the second classified, the Orbayu II, by Miguel Suarez Ramón, second in the race. In the Cruise Class I, the Bullbox, by Andrés Noguera, with Sebastiano Napoli to the cane led the test from beginning to end, being the first ship to cross the line of arrival and placing itself at the front of the classification. The second position was obtained by the Taxus MedioAmbiente of Alfredo Flórez, the third place was for the GS1, by Fernando Alonso.

The Orbayu II of Miguel Suárez Ramón, which this season competes in the Cruise class II, made an excellent race being the fastest in its class. The University of Oviedo- Grupo Isastur, by Roberto Álvarez would end in second position, followed by the Wanted, by Ricardo Simal.

This weekend it starts in Gijón Bay, the Light Sailing Spring Trophy and cruise, the tests are carried out by the Royal Astur Club of Regatas. Six days are scheduled for both categories, which will be held in March, April and May.

On Saturday at 12.30 p.m. the light sailing fleet will be in charge of opening the Trophy, in which the classes: Optimist, Laser, Feva and Snipe compete. Two sleeves per day are expected to be held on a trapeze course, or on a cane basis, depending on the intensity of the wind with an expected duration of approximately 50 minutes.

The second day will begin at the edge of one in the afternoon on Sunday at one in the afternoon... will be the first test of the six that complete in planning... five of which will take place in Gijón, to which must be added a coastal round trip from Gijón to Luanco planned for the last day.
