More than 100 partners reactivate the Censorship Motion against the entire board of the CN Cambrils. As we have already announced to you by the end of 2020 the delicate situation of our Club, and the support expressed by a wide group of partners, has prompted us to continue to insist on the need for a Motion of Censorship, which could lead us to hold a new JD election, so that the partner can decide which model of Club you want.
After an arduous process, due to the current context of confinement, explanations, meetings with partners and debate of ideas, more than 100 partners, you have supported us in this necessary initiative, and last 16.02.2021 we have presented in the offices of the Club a Motion of Censorship against the entire current Board of Directors.
We continue to see that the decisions, the actions that are being taken, but also the non-actions that should already be taken are mortgaging our Club, so in addition to a partner's right, it is an exercise of coherence and responsibility to the present and future of the Club.
The process must lead to 10 working days after the presentation of the MC in the constitution of the Censorship Vote Bureau where its acceptance is to be decided. Remember that the previous table has already accepted the MC of June 2020.Let us hope that this time the sanity and the JD will desist from any resource that will dilate the natural process of giving voice to the partner so that it can decide which model of Club you want.
