The Palau de Congressos de Palma will host, next October, the first edition of Palma Summit 21, an international summit on gastronomy and sustainable tourism... on the dates 16 and 17 October 2021 in the Mallorca room of the building created by the architect Patxi Mangado and managed by Melià Hotels International.

Palma Summit 21 is a forum for debate and exhibition that will host experts from all over the world and that aims, among other things, to share strategies that promote sustainable tourism based on quality food supply as a value of destination... this international summit will bring together chefs, producers, operators, hotel chains, designations of origin, travel agencies, protected geographical indications, policy makers, restorators and services companies at national and international level with the sole objective of discussing the future of the tourism business model based on sustainability.
