The international judge Rafael Serrano Bohórquez "Luky" is the instructor of the training courses for the territorial judge of Regatas and territorial officer of Regatas, which are already being developed according to the call of the Technical Committee of Officers and Judges of the Andalusian Federation of Vela... both courses are conducted through e-mail and an online video conference platform where student and instructor are in continuous contact.

The courses, which began in early February and will take place until June, have managed to bring together a total of 31 students and consist of a theoretical part that is being carried out at the moment, to which will follow a seminar of forced presence in the facilities of the Specialized Centre of Sports Tecnification of Vela Bahia de Cadiz, headquarters of the Andalusian Federation of Vela in El Puerto de Santa María, and the practices in at least three tests of the calendar of regats of the Andalusian.

This course is carried out in parallel to those of the sports technician of Vela Grado Medio, who continue with the conduct of workshops instructed by different professionals according to the subject matter.
