The vote of the new head of the RFEP, as well as the composition of the delegated committee, will take place next day 14 in the course of the Extraordinary General Assembly, to be held in Madrid at the headquarters of the Spanish Olympic Committee. A total of 102 Assemblies have the right to vote, are the 19 ex officio members - presidents of the autonomous federations - and the 83 elected - 40 clubs, 22 athletes, 14 technicians and 7 arbiters. The territorial federations correspond to Andalusia, Aragon, Asturias, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia, Comunitat Valenciana, Extremadura, Galicia, Madrid, Murcia, Navarra, País Vasco, Rioja, Ceuta and Melilla.

Pedro Pablo Barrios, President of the Andalusian Federation of Piragüismo, will officially present tomorrow, February 3, 2021, his candidacy for the presidency of the Royal Spanish Federation of Piragüismo, contributing telematics and according to the established and regulatory procedure sufficient to attend the meeting of the General Assembly to be held on February 14 in Madrid. The candidate's vouchers present support for all the stages of national pyragüism represented in the new General Assembly, as well as for the vast majority of the Territorial Federations, showing the recognition of the trajectory and experience of 20 years of dedication to pyragüism that the Andalusian leader cherishes at both the regional and national levels, after holding important positions of responsibility in the Royal Spanish Federation of Pyragüismo itself.

Pedro Pablo Barrios Perles will be a candidate for the presidency of the Spanish Federation of Piragüism after joining forces and support among the members of the General Assembly recently elected on January 16... the Andalusian leader of a project that will follow the elections that will take place on February 14 with the main objective of bringing together all the forces of Spanish Piragüism.

The candidacy of Pedro Pablo Barrios, who has been part of the RFEP team for the last 12 years, and in the last eight as Vice-President First, is committed to strengthening the lines of work that have led to the national pyragüism to achieve historical sports results and to strengthening the economic management of sanitation of the entity, as well as to the opening of new projects.

The deadline for the submission of candidates to the Presidency of the RFEP is 5 February and 14 February will be the General Assembly, during which the new president of the Spanish Federation of Piragüismo will be elected, which will replace Juan José Román Manga.
