At the Elcano Nautical Centre in Cadiz, the founding meeting of this interesting association was held, to which we boast much future

In the Elcano Nautical Centre, several nautical schools of Cadiz, Sevilla and Ceuta were gathered in order to begin the proceedings and set out objectives for the creation of the future Association of Nautical Schools.

First
The need to associate in order to be able to represent this important collective within the nautical sector before the different public administrations with competence in the field such as the CCAAs and the DGMM.

Second
The fight against "unfair competition" and "intrusism" that the sector is suffering today. To this end, the associated schools may, through this association, report all companies which do not comply with the provisions of the legislation in force.

Third
The unity of criteria for the development of the various activities will be encouraged in order not to create comparative grievances between the different areas

Fourth
A communication channel with all partners will be maintained on a permanent basis in order to provide information on all those amendments, as well as the new legislation that is being developed concerning the sector.

Fifth
A number of commissions will be set up for the study and revision of the current legislation to be sent to the different Community and State bodies by proposing the conclusions to be adopted.

Sixth
Although the initiative was born in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, supported at all times by ANAVRE (Association of Recreation Navigators), any NATIC SQUELA or EMPRESA (Charter) approved in the national territory would be accepted, so the scope of the said national serious association.

Seventh
The establishment of the Association will be coordinated by ARGOSAILING, with the collaboration of ANAVRE and THE ASSOCIATION OF CNELCANO USES, so that all interested parties who want more information will be able to contact
