The nautical market has a fall of more than 12 points in the accumulated year

The registration of recreational boats in Spain maintains the moderate fall of -12% as far as this year 2020 is concerned. In total, 5,202 recreational boats have been registered in Spain between January and November, compared with 5,929 in the same period last year.
The charter market is improving in November, with 42.3% growth in registration for this use. In the year's cumulative (energy-November), the fall in commercial enrolment remains at the average of -26%, with a slight improvement compared to -27% of the previous period (energy-October). As far as the year goes, 1,142 recreational vessels have been registered for charter (22% of the total nautical market) compared to 1,541 in the same period of 2019.
These are the data collected in the Report on the market for recreational craft for the period enero-November 2020, edited by ANEN on the basis of the data provided by the General Directorate of the Merchant Navy.
As a result, all segments lose enrollments in the cumulative 2020 (energy-November), which is lower in ships up to 8 meters (-12%) and which is significantly improved over the period (energy-October). This segment represents 89% of the nautical market in Spain.

By type of boat, water bikes (-0.3%), sailboats (-4.1%) and folding pneumatic (-6.5%) are maintained with lower enrolment falls in the year's cumulative.
