OptiMist's international class race, OptiOrange, has opened the registration period for its fourth edition and announced its dates for 2021: March 4-7 at the Royal Nautical Club in Valencia.

The test, organized jointly by the Valencian club and the Saint Petersburg Yacht Club, brought together in March 2020 345 regatists from 27 different countries, being the last international event of Optimist class held before the outbreak of the health crisis.

Conceived around three principles: high-level competition, fun and easy access, the race premiered in 2018 with 60 participants. In 2019, registration increased to 316 participants from 16 different countries, with some of the most prominent regatists on the international scene.
