Paco Coro renews the presidency of the Andalusian Vela Federation (36-23)
Today he has been re-elected... when he is four years old of his first election, Francisco Coro Izquierdo, he has been re-elected as President of the Andalusian Vela Federation by the General Assembly previously constituted for this purpose... out of a total of 59 members, 36 voted in favour of the Jerezano, who will thus be officially proclaimed in a few days to start his second term at the head of the Andalusian nautical entity.
Following the formation of the Assembly and the subsequent establishment of the electoral table, the vote was taken by the various stations of the Andalusian Federation of Vela, which resulted in the election of Coro, and this year for reasons of health safety and in accordance with the protocols for the prevention and detection of the Covit-19, it has been carried out in a face-to-face and telematics way, either through video conference and in other cases, by means of emails subject to complete privacy.
A voting system adapted to the circumstances that has worked perfectly and that has allowed some members of the Assembly to continue their work while voting, that was the case of the coaches Curro Casado and Luis Núñez who have been able to exercise their right to vote from the pneumatic in which they instructed the students on the morning of this Saturday.
Francisco Coro Izquierdo, Jerezano, a lover and an amateur of the sailing sport was president of AECIO, National Secretary of the Optimist class and President of IODA Spain. He is a technician in Tourism and Advertising and currently runs two hotels in Jerez. On October 15, 2016 Coro was elected for the first time president of the Andalusian Vela Federation, replacing the onubense Eduardo Zalvide.
