New presidents of the Ports of La Coruña, Vigo, Vilagarcía and Ferrol

The Consello de la Xunta de Galicia has proposed at its last meeting the appointment of new presidents in the port authorities of A Coruña, Vigo, Vilagarcía de Arousa and Ferrol- San Cibrao, the decision of the executive president Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has caused surprise in the Galician business areas, since four maximum responsible for the five main Galician ports have been replaced... remains that of Marín... Jose Benito Suarez Costa.

The first change in its presidency is that of the Harbour Authority of A Coruña... Martín Fernández Prado will be the "new command," who will replace Enrique Losada in office. Martín Fernández Prado, born in Lugo in 1966, is a doctor in Architecture, councillor of the City Council of La Coruña and deputy and president of the Fourth Committee on Education and Culture of the Galicia Parliament. He previously held a number of institutional positions.

In the case of the Olívica City, the current general secretary of Anfaco... Juan Manuel Vieites... but in the end the Harbour Authority of Vigo, will be presided over by Jesus Vázquez Almuíña, who will occupy the place of Enrique López Veiga. Jesús Vázquez Almuíña, born in Bayona in 1962, is a Bachelor of Medicine and General Surgery and specializes in Family and Community Medicine, as well as vice-president and president of the Second Committee on Infrastructure and Environment of the Galicia Parliament. From 2015 to 2020 he was a health adviser in the Galician Executive.

The Harbour Authority of Vilagarcía de Arousa will be presided over by José Manuel Cores Tourís, who will take over the Franco Malvar Sagrarian. José Manuel Colors Tourís, born in Cambados in 1958, has held various institutional positions since 1987 and is currently a member of the Galicia Parliament. He was the territorial delegate of the Pontevedra Meeting between 2009 and 2020.

Finally the Harbour Authority of Ferrol- San Cibrao, will have in Indalecio Seijo Jordan its new president, which will replace José Manuel Vilariño Anca. Indalecio Seijo, born in Ferrol in 1963, has been an official of the Navy since 1987 and has been a naval engineer since 1997. He currently serves as captain of the ship and deputy director of the Canal de Experiencias hydrodynamic del Pardo de Madrid.
