In the extraordinary Assembly held yesterday at the headquarters of the Federation, Guillermo Poyán has been re-elected President of the Federation Madrifuela de Vela of the Community of Madrid, following the closing of the period of elections in the territory so that he continues to head the territory for the next four years.

The new Poyán team comes with small changes, all conditioned for personal and professional reasons. José Luis Enríquez, Secretary at the previous Board of Directors, gives the witness to José Harguindey Larios, while the relief of Alfredo de Platas as Economic Vice President is collected by Ángel Luis Yuste as Treasurer and in the vocals of Vela Feminina Paloma Borrás replaces Marta Ronco and Francisco Velado relieves Nicolás Martín in Cruises and Rafael Tuya as the vowel of the northwest reservoir.

The special assembly held at the premises of the Federation of Madriguera de Vela, under strict security measures and health protocols established by the Community of Madrid and with a very limited capacity, also served to pay a well-deserved and affectionate tribute and recognition to his long career to Jose Luís Tuya, Honorary President of FEMAVE.
