J70 the monotype of fashion in the Atlantic. The Galician Circuit 2015-16 was completed.

The fleet of J70 is growing and in what way! in the Galician area and in the northern Portuguese, another unit has also arrived from canteen waters more of the hand of the great Pichu Torcida to Vigo. After the 25 Platu debacle, the relief for a J70 that wants to get fashionable throughout Spain.
Vigo has always bet on a fleet of monotypes. First with First Class 8 that did not stop for helping the project the Monte Real, even though the Club of Bayona had organized in 1983 what had been the first European championship of the class, an event that was a complete success for the support of Chantiers Beneteau and Suarten. A total of 30 ships from France, Italy, Spain and Portugal contributed to a great success. The RANC after the races left in Bayona for the fans to test it a First Class 8 unit in which Piluca Prensa sailed,... but only the legendary Fernando Massó acquired one he called "Leste." The tempting offer Beneteau made in Bayona and Vigo and that did not produce, was valid for the Royal Maritime Club of Santander to take over the Gallegos.
This was an attempt to monotypes in celtic waters, but so was the 21-foot Jeanneau Fun, or previously the Elvstron Miniton, which was named Gonzacoca, or even the so-called "Galician Montotype" that was born with bad foot, because the first three were different. There was expectation of this project that José María García Lastra promoted, but everything was almost nothing. In the early 1990s, Jeanneau, through the unforgettable Ito Andrade, tries to make the single type the One Design, and in fact several units are acquired: "Bombay Gin," "La Luna," "TVG,...," but it does not go beyond half a dozen, despite the fact that it was a barcazo and with a reasonable price,..., Beneteau through Humberto Cervera tries it first with the First Class 10 but only Juan Luis Tuero acquires it, and then with the Figaro that is practically limited to the ships of the Royal School.

The environment around the J-70 is extraordinary, and it is somewhat palliating the crisis we are suffering for our sector. Basically the fleet participates in the Atlantic Circuit which has numerous tests, with a high-level technical part, which has the best patterns and not only of the Galician waters.
As early as 2000 in Bayona, the Beneteau 25 (later called Platu 25) was tried to support, but the Royal Mount decided not to support the theme (second mistake, the first had been to do the same with the First Class 8 in the eighties) and the shipowners concerned end up in the Nautico de Vigo, becoming a crowd in the World Championship of Platu 25 in 2005 where 94 ships from all over the planet fight for victory,... But after this historic event, the J-80, funded by the late Caixanova in the Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña, enter La Coruña and the division becomes evident in the Galician fleet. Last year the first J-70 arrive to Vigo and the main patterns of the southern Galician are added to the project: first they buy 10, then they drip until they approach the fortnight. The funny thing is what Bayona does by betting on the J-80 and dividing synergies,...
The strength of the J-70 class is unstoppable when the Atlantic Circuit is held in Galician waters, and the most prepared ones are going to Monaco to participate in the European,..., the World Cup for the Sanxenxo Nautic is requested, and this year the J-70 will have in Coruñese waters, in the beautiful Ria de Sada (organized by the Nautic Club) their Iberian Championship which will be the first,..., for the 22 and 23 October under the name of REGATA TERRAS GAUDA.
