The wind conditions in Vigo were the beginning of the Martín Barreiro de Vela Ligera

The Martin Barreiro de Vela Light Trophy begins in the Vigo era, under the name of the Atlantic Week, which has three cycles: the first of vaurien, snipe and 420; the second of the laser and windsurfing and the third of the optimist, with the rank of Meeting International.
