Three points separated the Spanish team from the final four

The RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martinez- Lumar Canarias remained at the gates of the Final of the Sailing Champions League, to which the first four classified were accessible. The final four were granted by this order the Italian Aeronautica Militare, second the German Segel- und Motorboot Club Überlingen, third the Russian Akhmat National Sailing Team and fourth the Swiss Seglervereinigung Kreuzlingen. Each of them passed with the points of their position from 1 to 4.

Finally it was the German team Segel- und Motorboot Club Überlingen who took the title of champion of the Sailing Champions League by surpassing the Miliare Aeronautics, which had won the regular phase. Third place was for Swiss Seglervereinigung Kreuzlingen to four of the champion

2020 / 10 / 17: Italy, Switzerland and Germany dominate in Porto Cervo... as Arrecife moves away from the head

The third day of the Sailing Champions League, which has been fighting since last Thursday in the waters of the Smeralda Coast, has not been as fruitful for the RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martnez- Lumar Canarias, in which he left as leader, but in the last flashes of the day was not as fine as at the beginning and has provisionally dropped to the sixth position to four points of the fourth in the absence of seven flashes. Equality remains the highest among the fleet, leading to constant changes in the classification.

The RCN Reef-Grupo Martinez- Lumar Canarias began the day very strong with two first positions, but from the second part of the day it made a 5-7-2-6. The seventh place was the result of two penalties and the sixth one, so with races that only last 20 minutes, the recovery is practically impossible.

The general leads the Italian club Aeronautica Militare, followed by the Swiss Regatta Club Oberhofen and the German Segel- a Motorboot Club Ürbelingen. Fourth is the Swiss Sglervereinigung Kreuzlingen.

The RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martinez- Lumar Canarias has closed the second day of the Sailing Champions League at the top of the table after a day in which it has won three of the four sleeves disputed.

The team sponsored by Leonardo 'Nete' Armas, accompanied by Ricardo Terrades, Carlos Hernández and Gonzalo Morales, has not only been the best today, but has taken a very important step towards trying to be at the end of Sunday, to which the first four classified in the previous phase that ends this Saturday will pass.

The RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martinez- Lumar Canarias left at the beginning of this day in fourth place in the general position two points from the leaders, but both the German Norddeuschester Regatta Verein and the Finnish Alanska Segelsallskapet 'pinched' in today, while the Spanish team was three first and one fifth.

The RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martinez- Lumar Canarias leads, but with a single point of advantage over the Germans of the Segel - a Motorboot Club Ürbelingen. The competition system of the Sailing Champions League Final consists of 18 flights, in which the 27 teams will face over the four days of competition in groups of seven. The top four will go to the final on Sunday 18th.

2020 / 10 / 14: RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martínez represents Spain in the Sailing Champions League

The Real Club Náutico de Arrecife- Grupo Martínez team formed entirely by lanzaroteña crew is already located in the Italian town of Porto Cervo to participate from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th in the Sailing Champions League Final 2020, in which they will participate in the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda a selection of the best teams in each country.

The RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martinez- Lumar Canarias reaches the great final after winning the Spanish League 2019 which was held in the Majorcan waters based on S'Arenal and Gallegos by the hand of Mount Real de Baiona, where it was imposed in the two races.

The Sailing Champions League is a new competition in which 27 clubs from 19 countries are represented and will compete with ships of one of the higher-rise monotypes classes, the J70 and where in Spain there are already two consolidated circuits such as the Villalia Series de Vigo and the Barcelona Winter Series.

The RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martínez will have a crew of the very first level and are well known since three of them formed a team in what were the projects of GP42 and RC44 Puerto Calero, such as Leonardo 'Nete' Armas, which will be at the root of the Spanish ship, Carlos Hernández, Gonzalo Morales and as project director Ricardo Terrades.

Nete Armas, who was the winner of the RCN Arrecife- Grupo Martínez in the Spanish League, is very excited to be in Italy:"It is already a great responsibility for us to represent Spain under the RCN Arrecife in the European Sailing League.
