On November 9, the fifth edition of the Nautical Charter Course organized by the IME (Spanish Maritime Institute) will begin, with the collaboration of ANEN and AEGY, and this year includes two modalities:

MODALITY I: EXPERT IN NAUTIC CHARTER
9-23 November 2020 - 27 hours
Monday to Thursday - 17-20 h.

MODALITY II: EXPERT IN NAUTIC CHARTER AND MEGAYATES
9-26 November 2020 - 36 hours
Monday to Thursday - 17-20 h.

The market for recreational nautical and, in particular, the consolidation of the rental market, is conducive to the rise of the nautical sector that requires qualified professionals who can efficiently manage their economic and human resources within the company as well as to know the regulatory framework of important activity that moves.

The course will allow attendees to know:

• the chartering environment in Europe and Spain
• how to create a nautical chartering company
• the regulatory framework of the nautical chartering: administrative, legal, fiscal and labour
• the operation of vessels: fixed costs, variables, lease arrangements
• insurance and accidents
• market for megayates

At the end of the course, students will make a practical case that will enable them to implement all the knowledge they have acquired.
