The Real Federación Española de Vela, in collaboration with the Real Club Náutico de Valencia and the 29th class of Spain, have held in the last four days (25-28 September) a clinic- concentration prior to the Spanish championship-Trofeo Eliwell that will be held in the capital of the Turia from 1 to 4 October

The Club's Regatta Base has been the epicenter of the entire activity, led by the Nil Mas technician and has had the collaboration of several coaches from various territorial federations who will take part in the Spanish-Trophy Eliwell championship.

The activity has had the presence of about 20 regatists from the Comunitat Valenciana, Baleares and Canarias, the last two are already in Valencia to prepare the national meeting, only this year before the final cancellation of the Spanish Cup that was to be held in the next weekend to the Valencian race.

Several subjects have been treated in the RFEV programme, including an internal race with 3 tests per day, one with variations between the equipment. A paragraph that has made it possible to test various technical and tactical aspects in water, in addition to being able to make a small assessment of speed and angle, driving, adaptation to the medium (pass the wave), thus allowing to check the level of the 29er fleet in Spain.

In the 'land' section, although the weight of the concentration has been in the 'water', Mas has developed a programme of talks on objectives and method on navigation, as well as various technical aspects of the 29th. Each day was closed with an overall assessment of what happened and planning for the next day. In the last day a final balance was made and conclusions on the concentration developed in the Nautico de Valencia.

It has been the appetizer to the national of the class and will be held under strict measures of health security and protocols that the club has been implemented in the last races, case of the territorial of Optimist or the national of Snipe Master held at the Regatas Base of the Club this last weekend.
