The Tominese town of Goián hosted the fifth and final test of the Galician Inclusive Championship of Motonautics, a last season event that was held in the Espazo Fortaleza, in the waters of the Miño, opposite the Lusa town of Vilanova de Cerveira.
Seven teams still had to manage a last test that would be decisive to define the final marker of the autonomic, clarifying a podium that came with the pilots with the swords up. Not in vain, the leaders of the inclusive remained until this Saturday the Noiese Pepe Barrio and Pilar Salmiento, representatives of Adeco-Dea, Sports Group Costa Oeste- Adapted Sport, who had to finally conform with silver, following the brilliant resolution of the day by the Tudens Carlos Estévez and Oswaldo Davila, the latter also representing the city of Vigo next to José Luís Alvarez, in a combination that took the bronze.
The execution of the slalom was complex and difficult to draw, in a design established by the Galician Federation of Motonautics that understood that, in the latter and decisive manga, the circuit had to be raised with added difficulties, solving it in an intermediate time of 4 minutes and 20 seconds
2020 / 09 / 26: Tomiño hosts the last test of the Galician inclusive motorcycle championship
The Epazo Fortaleza de Goian, in the municipality of Tomiño, hosts on Saturday the fifth and final test of the Galician Inclusive Championship of Motonautics, a final line that, after several days of competition, lead the Noieses José Barrio and Pilar Sarmiento.
After the sports dates of Tui, A Guarda, Portosín and Outes, the competition has been declining from the Coruñés side, which from the beginning has marked the rhythm leading the autonomic. However, the last word is given by the waters of the Miño, twinning by Spain and Portugal, and this weekend will witness the final outcome of this inclusive Galician Championship, organized by the Galician Federation of Motonutics in collaboration with the Tominese concello.
Not in vain, and at an approximate distance they are followed, in the drawer of the provisional podium of the general classification, by the Viguese Alvarez Camiña and Davila Piñeiro, being bronze the Tudens Carlos Estévez and Oswaldo Davila. Special attention will also have to be given to pilots such as the local Marcos Casaleiro and the sadense Calos Facal.
With a start scheduled at 10.30 a.m., pilot and co-pilot will have to face a series of skill tests, in a circuit marked by buoys on which they will have to draw a journey with various difficulties, and which will be revealed at the last moment by the Committee of Judges of the Galician Federation of Motonautics.
