The Royal Nautical Club of Valencia celebrates this weekend the Trophy 33 Mile A3, a new race of cruise class and height, in which the ships will compete with a maximum of three crew members on board.
This is a demanding test that will consist of a round trip to the Culera lighthouse of 33 miles in total. This distance, together with the small number of crew members, guarantees a hard and exciting test, as the strategy of the teams as well as the expertise of the sailors are put into play, which will perform many more functions on board than in a race with a larger crew.
