The Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda has opened for public consultation the draft law amending the consolidated text of the State Ports Act, the Merchant Navy and the Maritime Navigation Act.

To include the notarial procedure for the abandonment of boats and recreational ships (already drafted and agreed with the Ministry of Justice and other social actors) and to give greater legal certainty to our activity by improving some of the chapters of the NLD (nautical lease, repair contract and aspects related to the megayates) are two of the fundamental aspects that we are already working on.
