The Social Trophy for Cruises and J80, organized by the Real Club Marítimo del Abra-Real Sporting Club, already has results... it does so after the dispute of its third day in the waters of the Abra and first valid: 'Rat Pack' by Javier Miguvarri is leader of the Regata class, which is followed in the classification of the 'Maitena' by Mikel Emaldi, the 'Alpega' by Alfonso Churuca, the 'Despeinado' by Carlos Maidagan and the 'Symphony' by Javier Onaindia.

For its part, the 'hang Loose' of Iñigo Axpe is first in the Cruise class I, with the 'Marmotinha' of Koldo Baez second and the 'Kantarepe Iru' of Javier Sanchidrián third.

The 'Rooster' of Miguel Arriola, who defends title as the 'hang Loose', leads the Cruise class II, ahead of the 'Kohen' of Juan Carlos Estefanía and the 'Ramper' of Jairo López de Guevara. After a month of July with races as important as the Bizkaia Championship, the Costa Vasca Regata or the classic Gitana Cup, and an August with exits from the regatists of the Maritime to the tests in Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias or Valencia, the Vizcaina waters of the Abra have hosted from this next weekend one of the latest tests of this atypical 2020 calendar of cruises and ships of the J80 division, scheduled by the Real Club of the Maritime of the Abra-Real Sporting Club of Las Arenas.

This fourth edition of the Social Trophy takes up its tests with the participating crews in search of the best positions since the start of this championship that will be extended during this end of summer and all autumn. The J80 class ships start sailing this Saturday at one in the afternoon and the cruises do so on Sunday from the same time. It will also be held on 3 and 4, and on 24 and 25 October, as well as on the weekend of 7 and 8 November, with 21 of this month as the final day.
